WHEN WILL MY ORDER BY PROCESSED?

Our standard shipping cycle is 7-10 business days from order date. We will notify you when it has been shipped with a tracking number via email. 

CAN I RETURN OR REPLACE ITEMS FROM MY ORDER?

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept returns on any defective item received with a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase in the form and amount tendered for the original transaction.  This return process is only offered for orders within the USA.

All returns must be unwashed, unworn, unused and in their original condition with receipt and tags attached.

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate non damaged related exchanges or refunds at this time.

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED?

Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. If you are due a refund, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your order when this transaction has taken place.

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this credit transaction to your account once they have received the information from us. This means the credit may not show up until the next monthly billing cycle of your credit/bank card.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order once it has been processed.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Shipping charges and available service will vary based on package weight and country of destination. Please note that the shipping charges at purchase are shipping courier costs only. Customer assumes responsibility of applicable duties and taxes depending on ship to country at point of delivery.
